HILMI JAIDIN
Hilmi is originally from Southeast Asia and has been writing songs for over fifteen years. He wrote Shift+Alt+Right, the UK's first original live digital musical, produced in lockdown by ALPMusicals. His work has been featured on ALPMusical's SIGNAL and SIGNAL ONLINE, Red Piano Productions' An Evening With Emerging Writers and Sit In The Stalls' New Year, New Songs, New Writers. He was commissioned to write songs for on hope and QUEERME (MPTheatricals) and NEWSFEED (ALPMusicals).
Hilmi is also the co-founder of the Musical Writing subreddit, an open access forum where new musical theatre writers can develop their craft.
